Yes, the Alertus Activation Software (UI) makes it easy to select any number of select client computers, as well as hardware devices such as Alert Beacons, to receive a targeted alert.  Recipients can be assigned to groups according to any desired rules, either manually or automatically.  Location-aware dispatching makes it easy to target alerts to recipients in a given area - flexible automatic assignment rules can be used to let a client running on a laptop receive alerts for the location it is currently in, regardless of where it was when the client software was first installed.
