Dr. Ben Brewer is the Director of Product for Alertus. In this role, he identifies and researches product requirements in collaboration with customers, stakeholder groups, and internal teams to build and sell products to meet identified customer and user needs. Ben also consults with clients on crisis and risk communications, and he oversees client-focused solution design to meet customer needs and enhance system configuration and implementation outcomes. Dr. Brewer has 39 years of experience in emergency and crisis management, continuity of operations, and information security.
