The Alertus Seminar Series Lands at the Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport

The Alertus Seminar Series stopped in Pennsylvania for another day of emergency preparedness best practices sharing among emergency and law enforcement professionals. Hosted by the Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport on Friday, May 12, the interactive session featured a special FBI presentation on managing active shooter situations. Attendees had the opportunity to view "The Coming Storm,” an FBI film that draws from real-life active-shooter incidents and depicts the issues and incidents faced by law enforcement, paramedics, fire, other first responders and victims.

Check out the video to see more highlights of the seminar that also included a tech demo of the Alertus Emergency Notification System.

Alertus would like to thank the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Airport and all of the attendees for making the event a success.

The next Alertus Seminar takes place Friday, June 15th at Tarrant County College in Ft. Worth, Texas. Click here to learn more and register.
