Company Policies

  • Applicants who wish to be employed by Alertus, regardless of work location, must be fully vaccinated or in the progress of vaccination by the first day of employment (some exceptions may be considered if within the company policy guidelines). Applicants must provide proof of vaccination or exemption before their start date.

  • Alertus Technologies participates in E-Verify. Once you have accepted a job offer and completed Form I-9, Alertus will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm you are authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Any employment agency, person, or entity that submits a resume directly to an Alertus employee's email, through our Alertus career site, or to a hiring manager does so with the understanding that the applicant's resume will become the property of Alertus Technologies LLC. Alertus will have the right to hire that applicant at its discretion without any fee owed to the submitting employment agency, person, or entity.

    Employment agencies with fee agreements with Alertus and are engaged in a search shall submit resumes to the designated Alertus HR point of contact. Upon Alertus' HR department's authorization, submit resumes directly to the hiring managers for review to be eligible for placement fees.

  • At this time, Alertus does not provide Visa Sponsorship to external applicants. However, if an Alertus consultant has been contracted with Alertus for at least three (3) years and intends to move to the U.S., Alertus may consider Visa Sponsorship.
