Alertus Technologies built the Alertus Mobile Recipient App as a Commercial app for Alertus ENS customers. This SERVICE is provided by Alertus Technologies and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible from your Alertus Account manager, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

The Alertus Mobile App has an optional profile page where you can provide a profile picture and enter personal information such as name, phone number, date of birth, and emergency notes. This information is only stored locally on your device and is not shared with Alertus. If your organization is using the “Request Help” feature and you initiate a help request, all profile information and your current location will be sent to your organization so they can assist you. Your organization may send this information out to public safety or security personnel or use it in other ways. Alertus has no control over how this information is re-transmitted or used by your organization.
The app does not use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
