When AlertAware 911Direct is activated via the AlertAware Mobile App or the Alertus Personal Duress Badge, the AlertAware System transmits the data to Noonlight–a premier UL-certified intelligent safety and security platform–ensuring rapid emergency response by immediately dispatching help to a defined location—either a facility-specific entry point or the individual's precise coordinates at the time of activation. The system eliminates the need for the end user to dial 911, talk, or text, expediting assistance in any situation. Additionally, 911Direct enabled alerts can activate the Alertus System, disseminating emergency alerts to selected endpoints to provide critical, facility-wide notification. 

Offsite or lone work poses unique safety hazards. Delivery and passenger drivers for example, face significant risks, including harassment, theft, and assault. While some major rideshare apps have emergency buttons, this is not an industry standard.
